Return Replacement & Refund

REFUNDABLE

  •  Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted only 9 days from the delivery date.
  •  In case of Returns/Replacement buyer pay all the shipping cost.
  •  The product must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new not damage.
  •  Only defected items will be for return and replacement.
  •  If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the Shipping & Delivery charges.
  •  You need to send email photos the defects product to Return/Replacement.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE

  •   Full Customized Leather Suit, Jacket, Pant and any customized Regular Size Changes The logos and Leather Colors are not refundable or exchangeable.

 

HOW TO RETURN
 

  •   First of all get an approval for Return/Replacement, simple send email to sale@juarezleather.com
  •   Please mention you name and order number which is used to place order. If the product is defected, please email photos of the defects.
  •   Our representative will get back to you within 1 and 2 working days to serve you in the best possible way.
  •   We will provide return address, once you get the approval for Return/Replacement. For your protection, when you are returning an item to us,       we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

REFUND

  •   Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 to 12 working days after we receive your return Products.
  •   Refund will be made to your original payment method i.e. PayPal or Debit & Credit Card.
  •   Shipping charges not refundable.
