Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted only 9 days from the delivery date.
In case of Returns/Replacement buyer pay all the shipping cost.
The product must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new not damage.
Only defected items will be for return and replacement.
If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the Shipping & Delivery charges.
You need to send email photos the defects product to Return/Replacement.

Full Customized Leather Suit, Jacket, Pant and any customized Regular Size Changes The logos and Leather Colors are not refundable or exchangeable.

First of all get an approval for Return/Replacement, simple send email to sale@juarezleather.com
Please mention you name and order number which is used to place order. If the product is defected, please email photos of the defects.
Our representative will get back to you within 1 and 2 working days to serve you in the best possible way.
We will provide return address, once you get the approval for Return/Replacement. For your protection, when you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

REFUND
Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 to 12 working days after we receive your return Products.
Refund will be made to your original payment method i.e. PayPal or Debit & Credit Card.
